Made from durable, lightweight bamboo, clean by hand using warm water and a little washing-up liquid on both sides. 

Then air-dry standing up to avoid distortion. The wood may be maintained with regular oiling.

 

Wash before first use 

Hand wash only 

Do not immerse in water 

Not suitable for dishwasher use
