Description
French Tarragon is an aniseed flavoured, aromatic perennial. A tender variety compared to russian type tarragon but French Tarragon has a far superior flavour.
Tarragon is often used with fish, pork, beef, poultry, game, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, and the majority of vegetables. Can also be used in cream sauces, soups, sour creams, and yoghurt.
Ideal grown in pots and tubs in a sunny position on its own.
