{Easy Cleaning Care}:
Bottom Zipper - Unzip the side zipper and take off the cover, then gently wash it in cold water by hand or washing machine
Memory Foam Mattresses should be flipped over and rotated around 180 degrees on a regular basis
Please flip over and rotate your new mattress every 2 weeks in the first month and then do it once a month to reduce indentations
Due to physical reasons, the sponge will oxidize and turn yellow when exposed to air. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use and is not a quality problem.
You may experience a faint "off-gas"smell, but as we use SGS certified foam please be assured that this is not from any chemicals but rather from fresh new foams being vaccuum packed.
Once opened this smell should dissipate fairly quickly
