The key feature is the 'snap-lock' fitting method that significantly cutsthe assembly time.
Simply attach the fixing bracket to the door face
(using fasteners appropriate to the door material),
then clip the knocker onto the bracket for a secure, permanent fit.
Not only is this great for the door manufacturer, but the end user
benefits from not having unsightly capping nuts on the internal face of the door, which carry the risk of rust staining if the threaded fixing bar is made of steel, as is often the case.
